Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nexdemy IT Training Private Limited (“Nexdemy”), we are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in our courses.

1. Refund Policy

a. No Refunds for Started Courses

Once a course has been started, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Inability to attend or complete the course

Dissatisfaction with course content

b. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

The refund request is submitted within three (3) days of the course registration date.

The course has not been accessed or used extensively beyond reasonable introductory materials.

c. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are non-refundable:

Registration fees, if applicable

Taxes and transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors

d. Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by Nexdemy

Nexdemy reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or technical issues. In such cases:

A full refund will be provided to all enrolled participants.

Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future course.

b. Cancellation by Participant

Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment:

Must notify us via email at join@nexdemy.com within three (3) days of the course start date to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations requested after the three-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Sharing of Information

To request a refund or cancel your enrollment, please:

1. Email us at join@nexdemy.com with the subject line: “Refund Request” or “Cancellation Request.”

2. Include the following details:

Full name

Course name

Enrollment date

Reason for refund/cancellation (if applicable)

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome.

4. Changes to this Policy

Nexdemy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
